In 1999/2000, Hertfordshire theatregoers had a Flying Start to the new millennium with J M Barrie's classic childrens tale of Peter Pan, adapted for pantomime by John Morley. It featured the best of the story and the best of traditional pantomime, rolled into one and with lots of extra comedy.     They met Peter Pan, Wendy and her brothers John and Michael ... and they really  did fly. Tinker Bell, the most famous fairy of all.       Visited exotic places with Captain Hook, Snap the Crocodile, Smee and the Pirates. Dropped in on Tiger Lily, Laughing Water and the Red Indians   .     All this, plus plenty of Music, Dance, Spectacle ... and a Pantomime Dame too! All performances of the 1999/2000 Peter Pan were fully booked in advance, and well over 100,000 tickets have been sold for Broxbourne's OWN Pantomimes in the last 30 years. Peter Pan 1999/2000 has now closed. After winning the 2007, 2008 and 2009 local NODA best pantomime awards it is time to do something even bigger and better for 2010/11. Now, Broxbourne Theatre Company has been selected to present the first local stage production of this famous Disney show for all the family ...
